Welcome to Ty Isaf Holiday Cottage – Tresaith, Wales

Ty Isaf is a stylish, contemporary holiday cottage set in a peaceful location, just a half-mile stroll to Tresaith’s Blue Flag beach. Designed for comfort and relaxation, it offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms and spacious living areas for families or groups seeking a memorable West Wales escape.

Most accommodation is on the ground floor (apart from Bedroom 3). The cottage is built on sloped ground, so there are a few small steps into the property and between rooms, including a short flight from the lounge to the kitchen and then up to Bedrooms 1 & 2.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Large master bedroom decorated in a modern coastal style with a luxurious super king bed, TV, and en-suite shower room featuring a large shower enclosure and rejuvenating rain shower head, basin, and WC.
• Bedroom 2: Twin beds (can be arranged as a super king on request), wall-mounted TV, and en-suite bathroom with a large bath, shower over bath, basin, and WC.
• Bedroom 3: Cosy twin loft bedroom with sloping ceilings and TV, accessed via its own staircase from the lower hallway. A shower room with WC is located at the bottom of the staircase.

Living Spaces

The living room is spacious and contemporary, featuring a beamed apex ceiling, oak flooring, modern wood burner, and bi-fold doors opening onto the hardwood decking. Furnished with two large upholstered sofas and a leather 2-seater sofa, plus a large dining table, Freeview TV, and DVD player, it’s perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach.

The kitchen/diner boasts modern white high-gloss units and is fully equipped with a double oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and seating for six.

Outside

Bi-fold doors from the lounge open directly onto a decked area with a garden sofa, leading down to a large enclosed patio accessible from the kitchen and overlooking the garden. The spacious lawned garden backs onto a stream and woodland beyond. Parking for two medium-sized cars is available via a steep driveway.

Booking Information

All bookings require a non-refundable* deposit of 25%, payable by card through our secure online facility. By default, Bedroom 2 is made up with twin beds; if you prefer a super king arrangement, please specify on the booking form.
